Who is responsible

Information you send
When you use the enquiry form, Soul Studio receives your name, email address, optional phone number, area of interest and anything you write in the message. The form also records the date of the enquiry and the email-notification status.
Your name, email address, area of interest and consent are required so Soul Studio can identify and answer the enquiry. If you do not provide them, the form cannot be submitted. A phone number and message are optional.
Why it is used
Your information is used to answer your question, discuss availability and follow up on the class, production, event, retreat or fundraiser you selected. The lawful basis is the consent you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by emailing Soul Studio; withdrawal does not affect use that took place before it.
Your enquiry information is not sold, used for unrelated marketing or used to make automated decisions about you.
Where it goes
A copy of each enquiry is stored in the private WordPress dashboard so it is not lost if an email notification fails. An email copy is also sent to the booking address. Access is intended to be limited to authorised website administrators and the people handling Soul Studio bookings.
The WordPress hosting provider and email provider process information to host the website, protect it and deliver the message. Those providers may use infrastructure in other countries subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.
How long it is kept
Website enquiries are automatically removed from the WordPress dashboard after 24 months. Soul Studio also aims to remove the corresponding email copy within that period. Information may be removed sooner when it is no longer needed, or kept longer when an active booking, dispute or legal obligation requires it.
Website services
The brand fonts are stored on this website, so the Soul Studio design does not contact Google Fonts. WordPress, the host or separately installed tools may set essential cookies or keep technical security logs needed to operate and protect the site.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your information, a copy, correction, deletion, restricted use, portability or object to its use. You may also withdraw consent. Email vicki.andreanska@gmail.com and include enough information to identify the enquiry. Soul Studio may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
If you are unhappy with how your information is handled, you can raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
